Bolton's youngsters drawn at home in inaugural Premier League competition

Bolton Wanderers’ under-21 side will face either Barnsley or Leeds United at home in the Premier League Cup round of 32.

The draw for the round of 32 of the inaugural competition was made by Michael Owen on Monday afternoon.

The Under-21 Premier League Cup takes the form of one-off fixtures which are played on a regional basis until the round of 16, when the draw becomes national. The final will be played over two legs, which will be home and away at the main stadia of both teams.

Full confirmation of the match details of Bolton’s tie against either Barnsley or Leeds United will be confirmed in due course.
