Ticket Exchange
We are pleased to confirm the details our new Ticket Exchange initiative which will be trialled at our remaining April home fixtures against Portsmouth (Saturday 13th April, 3pm KO), Shrewsbury (Tuesday 16th April, 7.45pm KO) and Port Vale (Saturday 20th April, 3pm KO).
Ticket Exchange is our new official online resale platform which offers season ticket holders the opportunity to resell their seat to an Official Club Member (or other supporters if the game goes on general sale) for fixtures they are unable to attend.
Via the new system, seats will continually become available across the Toughsheet Community Stadium right up to matchday with supporters able to list their seat up until two hours before kick-off.
For the remaining home games of the season, once the seat is sold, season ticket holders will be credited £10 for an adult ticket and £5 for an under 12 or under 18 ticket, which can be redeemed for a future purchase.
Should the initiative prove successful during the trial period this April, Ticket Exchange will be put in place permanently from next season and updated details will be communicated to supporters.
