Blackburn reaction: Pratley on camera

Midfielder gives honest assessment of the weekend's defeat at Blackburn

Darren Pratley says he and his fellow team-mates must stand up and be counted following the weekend’s defeat against Blackburn Rovers.

Bolton were beaten 4-1 on a disappointing afternoon at Ewood Park.

And the midfielder, who so far has two goals to his name this term, reiterated his desire to reward the Bolton fans for their continued back on the team.

“It’s very disappointing to lose a local derby like we did,” he said. “It’s upsetting and it’s going to hurt given we haven’t got a game for two weeks.

“We let ourselves, the supporters and of course the manager down.

“We’ve got to try and use it as a positive. For two weeks now we’re going to be hurting and we’ve got to take it in and come out for flying for the Leeds game.”
