The low-down on Tuesday's opponents from Bloomfield Road

Bolton Wanderers will make the short journey to Bloomfield Road on Tuesday night to face Blackpool.

The Seasiders have made a steady start to the 2013/14 campaign and currently lie just outside the top six on goal difference behind Nigel Adkins’ Reading.

Having lost only once so far this season, Paul Ince’s men are unbeaten on their own territory since March.

Blackpool kicked off their league campaign in perfect fashion with a convincing 3-1 victory at League One champions Doncaster Rovers.

Despite a first round Capital One Cup exit at the hands of rivals Preston North End, the Tangerines speered on to win four of their next five league games with victories over Barnsley, Reading, Watford and Bournemouth.

The Bloomfield Road outfit also received some positive news on the transfer front, with Ince keeping hold of his son Thomas after strong rumours the England U21 international would be on the move to the Premier League.

However, Blackpool’s unbeaten run in the Championship came to an end when Ince’s team suffered a 3-1 defeat at Millwall.

Since then, Blackpool have drawn their following two league games against Leicester City and Huddersfield Town respectively.

In front of the Sky cameras on Friday night, the Seasiders took the lead against the Terriers when Ricardo Fuller scored his 100th career goal by rounding Terriers custodian Alex Smithies.

James Vaughan lashed home an equaliser for Huddersfield however and missed a penalty late on as Blackpool secured a hard fought point in Yorkshire.

The Blackpool team which faced Huddersfield: Gilks, Robinson, MacKenzie, Broadfoot, Cathcart, Ince, Bishop, Dobbie, Basham, Angel, Fuller.
