The last Kia Matchday Challenge of the season takes place at Wanderers' Sky Bet Championship home match against Birmingham City on Saturday 3 May, with a pair of season tickets for the 2014/15 campaign up for grabs.
Contestants will be challenged to kick a football off the floor into the centre circle and hit the home shirt target to emerge victorious.
There will be three contestants selected for the challenge, all of whom must be aged 18 or over. To apply, please email matchdaychallenge@bwfc.co.uk with your name, age, address, mobile number and stand, row and seat number.
