Paddy Kenny joins Bolton Wanderers on short-term deal

Experienced Republic of Ireland goalkeeper joins Trotters

Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Paddy Kenny.

The experienced stopper joins as a free agent on a short-term contract, having most recently been on the books of Leeds United.

The 36-year-old has over 600 professional appearances under his belt and has previously plied his trade in the Premier League, Championship and League One.

He also has seven international caps to his name with the Republic of Ireland.

Kenny has been handed shirt number 13 and is eligible for selection in this weekend’s game at Wolves.
