Third round tie has to be played before December 19
Wanderers' Under-18s face an away trip to Exeter City in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
The Grecians overcame Oxford United in the second round to set up the clash with David Lee's young Whites.
Details will be announced in due course for this game, but the tie has to be played before December 19.
Last season Bolton narrowly beat Portsmouth at Fratton Park in the FA Youth Cup third round, before being knocked out by Crewe Alexandra.
