Ref watch: David Webb to take the whistle for Everton cup clash

Confirmation of officials for Wanderers' midweek meeting with the Toffees

David Webb will oversee Wanderers’ Checkatrade Trophy clash with Everton this evening.

An experienced official who is currently in the midst of the tenth season in the professional game, Webb has taken charge of six games so far this term, brandishing 10 yellows and one red card.

The Lancashire based referee last officiated a Bolton game back in 2013/14 when the Whites welcomed Leicester to Macron Stadium for a Sky Bet Championship encounter which they eventually lost by a single goal.

Graeme Fyvie and Joe Simpson will run the line tonight, while Karl Evans is the fourth official.
