Train closures scheduled in and around local area
Supporters heading to this weekend’s Emirates FA Cup fourth round clash against Leeds United at Macron Stadium should be aware of disruptions to train services.
Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Piccadilly and Horwich Parkway over Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 January, with rail replacement buses operating from Manchester as a result.
There are limited train services from Bolton to Horwich Parkway still in place, with supporters advised to plan their journeys in advance and leave extra time to travel to Macron Stadium.
