Ref watch: David Coote to referee Rochdale trip

26 September 2016

Confirmation of match officials ahead of Tuesday night's trip to the Crown Oil Arena

David Coote will referee Wanderers' trip to local-rivals Rochdale on Tuesday night.

The Nottinghamshire-based official has run the rule over two Whites' outings in the past - the most recent being Bolton's 1-1 home draw with Blackpool in April 2015.

Officiating his first Football League fixture back in April 2008, Mr Coote has been a regular in the Football League since the 2010/11 season.

Tuesday's game will mark his first Sky Bet League One outing of the year having only controlled Championship and Capital One Cup matches so far this campaign.

The man in the middle for nine matches so far this season, Mr Coote has handed out 28 yellow cards and one red card.

Shaun Hudson and Nick Greenhalgh will run the line, while Gary Hilton is the fourth official.
