Adam Le Fondre joins Wanderers on loan

Striker returns to club for a second loan spell following on from his previous stint back in 2015

Bolton Wanderers are delighted to announce the signing of Adam Le Fondre on loan from Cardiff City until the end of the season, subject to clearance.

The 30-year-old striker previously spent a loan spell with the Whites during the second half of the 2014/15 season, scoring eight goals in 17 appearances.

He has meanwhile spent the first half of the current season on loan with Sky Bet Championship outfit Wigan Athletic.

But the forward will now link up with Phil Parkinson’s men for the remainder of the current campaign.

Speaking following confirmation of the move, Le Fondre said, “This is a move that has been a long time coming. It’s just so nice to be back here and I can’t wait to get started.”

An exclusive interview with the striker meanwhile can be found on BWFC's official YouTube channel.
