Bolton Wanderers' Under-23s have finished top of the U23 Professional Development League North after Burnley defeated second-place Sheffield Wednesday on Friday afternoon.
As a result, David Lee's side will have home advantage in their play-off semi-final fixture against Charlton Athletic.
That game will take place this coming Tuesday 1 May, kicking off at 7pm at Macron Stadium.
Admission will be free for season ticket holders or £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
