Bolton Wanderers Community Trust are delighted to announce new disability project funded by Bupa UK Foundation.
Bupa UK Foundation will support the ‘Healthy Goals for Life’ project which is a new disability project that will involve Sports activities and workshop sessions on healthy living for young people with disabilities, including learning difficulties, autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Bupa UK Foundation’s purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. They fund practical projects to tackle challenges in health and social care and make a direct impact on people's health and wellbeing.
Their funding programmes focus on key factors that underpin good health and are developed around themes such as mental health, ageing well, preventing long-term conditions, healthy living and behaviour change to improve health and wellbeing.
