Andy Davies will officiate Wanderers' Sky Bet Championship encounter away at Brentford on Saturday.
Taking control of his fifth Whites game in total, the Hampshire-based official last oversaw a Bolton game when the Trotters drew away at Millwall back in August.
A Football League regular, Mr Davies has run the rule over 14 games so far this season, dishing out 51 yellow cards and one red card.
Geoffrey Russell and Timothy Wood will run the line, while Graham Horwood will be forth official.
