Bolton Wanderers are looking for self-motivated Customer Service representatives to work at the Club's retail store ‘Bolton Central’ at the prestigious Macron Stadium.
At Bolton Central you will sell BWFC official merchandise, match and event tickets and lotteries to a wide range of customers many of whom will be Bolton fans.
Duties will include selling the full range of products and services in person, via e-commerce and over the telephone. Excellent customer service skills are required, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to work flexibly including match days i.e: weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays is essential.
Hours of work; Minimum of 4, 20 and 27.5 hours per week - including match-days. Additional hours may be necessary at peak trading periods. Experience of retail and/or event ticket sales is preferred but not essential.
