COMMUNITY

The month of September saw a number of the club's players appear in Bolton Central prior to games, with Sammy Ameobi and Josh Vela - both sidelined through injury at the time - meeting and greeting fans prior to our match against Middlesbrough.

And just four days later, Andrew Taylor and Stephen Darby performed similar duties before our clash with Sheffield United.

Elsewhere, David Wheater and Darren Pratley took time out after training to help celebrate Bristol Street Motors' relationship with the football club by heading down to their town centre store for a promotional afternoon.

And finally, Derik Osede took part in a special gaming event at GAME Bolton to mark the release of FIFA 2018 along with Tony Kelly, with him taking on fans to see who would be crowned the victor of a mini-tournament.
