Don't forget your Nottingham Forest programme

Make sure to pick up your copy of The Wanderer ahead of Sunday’s 12.30pm kick-off against Nottingham Forest at Macron Stadium.

Priced at just £3 for 84 pages of exclusive content, our final edition of the season features an in-depth interview with Bolton Wanderers' Player of the Year for 2017/18, Ben Alnwick.

With just over 50% of the supporters' votes to his name, Alnwick sat down for an exclusive interview to reflect on the award, in addition to speaking about the crunch clash with Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Speaking about winning the honour, Alnwick said, “It’s a great feeling on a personal level, but obviously, and I have said it numerous times before, it is all about the team for me.

“If I can just keep on putting my performances in, which I feel I have been, then that’s all I can do.

“It’s a great feeling though and I really appreciate the fans voting for me, but all that matters to me right now is getting the win against Nottingham Forest to give us a chance of staying in the league.

“The one thing I have to say about our supporters is that they’ve been absolutely brilliant with me – they’ve been patient and don’t get me wrong, I haven’t been amazing in every game and like all players, I’ve had dips in form, but to be fair to them, they’ve always stuck by me.

“At other clubs, fans can turn quickly on players, but I feel like I’ve got a really good relationship with them and long may it continue.”
