Sammy Ameobi's effort against Bristol City in February 2018 is in the running to win Goal of the Year at the Northwest Football Awards, but he needs the support of the club's fans.
Whites supporters can ensure that Ameobi stands a chance of winning the award by voting from him on Twitter by tweeting @NWFAwards with #NWFAGoalA.
The voting will close at 10pm on Monday 12 November, the night of the awards.
Bolton Wanderers also have Ben Alnwick, Connor Hall, Matt Barrass and the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust in contention to win accolades at the event.
