The U23s currently sit third in the North Section of the Professional Development League after five games, having won three of those fixtures so far.
Luca Navarro is the current top goalscorer for the Young Whites, with three goals to his name.
Coming off the back of a 0-0 draw against Ipswich Town, the boys will be looking to go one further when they take on the Clarets on Monday afternoon.
When looking at Michael Duff's team, they sit ninth in the North Section of the Professional Development League.
With six points taken from a possible 15, the Clarets come into the game off the back of consecutive losses.
