Bolton Wanderers have been nominated for “Best Football Club – Football League” in the Football Content Awards 2021.
The Football Content Awards is the awards ceremony celebrating the best in online football media. They recognise and reward all content creators and online media companies in football.
Dubbed ‘The Oscars of the Football Content Industry,’ they were originally founded as the Football Blogging Awards in 2012. Since then, they have evolved with the media landscape in that time which has led to the rebirth and creation of the Football Content Awards in 2020.
As well as the Best Football Club nomination, former Wanderers defender David Wheater has been nominated in the “Best Footballer – Football League” category.
The Finalists voting round will end at 23:59 on Sunday 12th September. The winners will be revealed at the live event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on the 14th October.
