The Bolton Wanderers Official Club Membership 2021/22 is now open.
Launched last week, we would like to thank the over 5,000 Wanderers supporters who have already become official members!
Membership is free of charge and requires fans to complete a simple, five minute sign up process to secure membership and, in turn, become eligible to purchase match day tickets. Please note season ticket holders do not need to sign up to membership this season. However, all supporters who renew or purchase new season tickets for the upcoming 2022/23 and subsequent seasons will be auto-enrolled as Official Club Members. Please note under 16s who are having their tickets purchased for them by an adult do not need to become Official Members
Official membership is common practice for almost all professional football clubs and will allow Wanderers to identify and communicate better with the fan base and improve ground safety.
Official Membership will mark you as part of the Bolton Wanderers family via a membership number and an online account. This will store your most up to date information and ticket purchasing history.
The decision to launch the membership at this point in the season was also accelerated by the unwelcome crowd disorder experienced at the fixture versus Wigan Athletic in October and the need to identify all individuals entering the stadium.
Our priority is to keep everyone safe when visiting the home of Bolton Wanderers and, by bringing fans closer to the club via an official membership, we will be more able to ensure the safety of all on a match day – and better communicate with you all.
In order to purchase match by match tickets for the fixture versus Stockport County onwards, fans will need to become official club members.
You can become an Official Member online, over the phone by calling 01204 328 888 or in person at the Ticket Office at the University of Bolton Stadium. Supporters can also email ticketsales@bwfc.co.uk for any additional help and support.
The Ticket Office and Ticket Office phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday match days from 9.00am to kick-off and Saturday non-match day from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
