Joining Southampton in 2013, Nlundulu graduated through the youth ranks to appear 15 times for the Saints including 12 outings in the Premier League.

Brief loan spells at Lincoln City and Cheltenham Town, Nlundulu joined Wanderers initially on loan for the second half of the 2022-23 season.

At the end of that season, Nlundulu joined the Whites permanently for an undisclosed fee on a three-year contact.
