Wanderers Account Registration and Log-In FAQs

What is a Wanderers Account?

Your Wanderers Account will give you access, through a single account, to all of the Club’s services, including Wanderers TV and the Club Shop. Ticketing will be added to the single sign on in the coming weeks. 

This approach reduces the need for remembering multiple usernames and passwords and will streamline your experience.  

You will need to create an account if you want to access Wanderers TV on demand video or if you will want to purchase subscriptions and passes when they are available. 

 

How do I create my Wanderers Account?

You can now create an account that will allow you to access the brand new Wanderers TV, as well as the Club Shop and purchase tickets (tickets will be added to single sign on soon), all with one log in. 

You will need to create an account by following these steps:

  1. Click on “Sign in” at the top of any page - this is in the centre on the desktop website and the top-right corner on the mobile website.
  2. Select “Register” from the menu.
  3. You will need to choose an email address to register your account with. If you have previously made ticket or shop purchases then we recommend using the same email address you have used before in order to access previous purchases. Enter your chosen email address in the box.
  4. Click “Create new account”.
  5. You will be sent a verification code to the email address that you entered so you need to go to your email account and open the email from us.
  6. On the website enter the code that you received in the email.
  7. Click “Verify”
  8. You can now enter a password of your choice and confirm this by entering the same password in the second box. You will also need to complete your first name, last name, date of birth, and country.
  9. Click “Create new account” to complete the process.
  10. You are now logged in and can continue enjoying the new website. You may be asked for additional information, for example your address if you are making a purchase from the club shop.

How do I sign in?

When you have created your account, if you have signed out or are wanting to sign in from a different device then you can do so in 4 simple steps:

  1. Click on “Sign in” at the top of any page - this is in the centre on the desktop website and the top-right corner on the mobile website.
  2. Select “Log in” from the menu.
  3. Enter the email address and password that you registered with.
  4. Click “Log in” and you will be signed in.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If, for any reason, you need to reset your password you can do so easily on the website:

  1. Click on “Sign in” at the top of any page - this is in the centre on the desktop website and the top-right corner on the mobile website.
  2. Select “Forgot Password” from the menu.
  3. Enter the email address that you are trying to log in with.
  4. Click “Reset password”
  5. You will be sent a verification code to the email address that you entered so you need to go to your email account and open the email from us.
  6. On the website enter the code that you received in the email.
  7. Click “Verify”
  8. If your email address is recognised as associated with an account then you will now need to enter a new password and confirm this by entering the same password in the second box. 
  9. Click “Verify” and you are now signed in.

    NOTE: If you see a message to say that the account does not exist then you may not have registered with the email address you are trying to use. If you want to try a different email address, start again from step 1. Otherwise, if you think you may not have had an account, you can register a new one by following the instructions to “Create your account”, above.

I haven’t received a code by email, what do I do?

It can take a few minutes for the email to be delivered. If you still haven’t received the email after a few minutes please check the following:

  • Check your junk and spam folders
  • Make sure you are checking the correct email account

If you still have not received a code by email, please try registering again and check that you have entered the email address correctly.

Can I still use my iFollow details?

No, you will need to create a new Wanderers Account as all our videos and live streams will be on the new platform for an improved experience. 

 

I can’t access my account, what do I do?

If you are having trouble accessing your account and you have tried following the “How do I sign in?” and “What do I do if I have forgotten my password” instructions above then please follow these steps:

  • Check that you are typing your email address and password correctly
  • Check spam and junk folders if you are having trouble finding your email with verification code
  • Contact us at media@bwfc.co.uk if you still cannot access your account
