How to report a concern

If you experience or witness any form of abuse, child or vulnerable adult at risk or seen something that leaves you with nagging doubt then please report this using one of the following methods:

General Safeguarding Concern Form - This is for non-matchday incidents, Academy, Hotel or Community Participant.

Matchday Safeguarding Form - This is for Matchday & Live reporting if you're at the game now!

 

What else can you do?

Report the issue to your nearest Steward.
