Eaves extends Shrews stay

Striker's loan deal extended until Saturday 27 April

Tom Eaves' loan deal at Shrewsbury Town has been extended and will now run through till Saturday 27 April.

The 21-year-old has impressed since signing on loan for the League One club in late February, netting three goals in six games.

Shrews boss Graham Taylor has now moved to extend the striker's deal, though Wanderers do have the option of recalling Eaves with 24 hours' notice.

Earlier this season Eaves hit seven goals during a loan spell with League Two outfit Bristol Rovers.
