Midfielder set to feature in World Cup qualifiers against Tunisia and Cape Verde
Medo Kamara has been called up to the Sierra Leone squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Tunisia and Cape Verde.
The energetic midfielder has so far played in every minute of Sierra Leone’s three games in their attempt to reach the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
At the midway point of the CAF second round qualification process, Medo’s nation are currently in second place in their four-team group, with only top spot set to stand a chance of progressing into next summer’s tournament.
Sierra Leone must effectively win against both current group leaders Tunisia (June 8) and Cape Verde (June 15) to stand a chance of qualification.
