Bolton Wanderers raise £10,000 for Blesma

Limbless Veterans charity received donation ahead of Cardiff City match

Bolton Wanderers recently donated £10,000 to Blesma, the club’s national charity partners.

Having collected the money by donating £10 from the sale of every military green shirt third choice kit, as well as holding a collection prior to September’s visit of Derby County, a cheque was presented to Blesma before the Whites’ encounter with Cardiff City last week.

Bolton recently announced that they will wear their all green third kit in support of Blesma for the first time for the away game against Blackpool on Saturday 22 November.

Ahead of the club's visit to Bloomfield Road, members of the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust will visit Blemsa’s centre in Blackpool to meet the people there and see the great work that they are doing.

You can still donate to Blesma with a limited number of the third shirts complete with a special presentation box still available to buy. CLICK HERE to be redirected through to the club’s online superstore.
