Six of Wanderers’ nine players out on loan feature for respective sides
Three Wanderers loanees made their league debuts for their new sides during the latest round of Football League fixtures.
Alex Baptiste completed the full 90 minutes as Blackburn Rovers scored a stoppage-time equaliser to rescue a 1-1 draw away at Middlesbrough.
Patrick Bamford had given the Teesiders the lead with seven minutes left on the clock before Rudy Gestede scored in the 95th minutes to extend Blackburn’s unbeaten run to nine matches.
Keith Andrews was not involved as Watford lost 1-0 at home to Cardiff City.
In League One Jermaine Beckford and Tom Eaves both made league debuts for Preston North End and Yeovil Town respectively as the two sides clashed at Huish Park.
Beckford was replaced by former White Kevin Davies with five minutes left on the clock while Eaves completed the full match as North End ran out 2-0 winners.
Elsewhere in the English third tier, Paddy Kenny was another debutant as he made his first appearance for Oldham Athletic after joining the club on loan last week.
The former Republic of Ireland international kept a clean sheet as they secured a 3-0 victory away at Rochdale. Tom Youngs was not involved for the Latics.
Meanwhile, in League Two Andy Kellett and Joe Riley both completed 90 minutes for Plymouth Argyle and Oxford United respectively as both sides fought out 1-1 draws.
A last-minute equaliser denied Plymouth all three points at home to York City, while Oxford fought back to salvage a point away at Cheltenham Town.
Hayden White was not involved for Bury as they fell to a 2-0 defeat at home to Dagenham & Redbridge.
