A look ahead to the young Whites' trip to the Owls on Monday
Bolton Wanderers Under-21s travel to Sheffield Wednesday in final Professional Development League 2 game of the season on Monday.
Kicking off at 1pm at the Owls' Middlewood training ground, the young Whites currently six sixth in the northern section after drawing 1-1 with Watford in their last outing two weeks ago.
In contrast, hosts Sheffield Wednesday sit 10th in the northern division having climbed off the bottom of the table after turning out three times last week.
Facing off against Millwall, Barnsley and Sheffield United respectively, the Owls drew with the Lions before recording back-to-back victories over the Tykes and local-rivals Blades.
Bolton ran out 3-2 victors the last time the two sides met back in January, memorably recovering from 2-0 down to win courtesy of two stoppage-time goals.
