Charity arm of the club set to once again hold sessions aimed specifically at senior fans
Bolton Wanderers Community Trust's popular Wanderers Fitter Fans programme, in partnership with Senior Solutions, will recommence on Wednesday 27 April.
Following its successful launch in September, the latest twelve week block of sessions will be from Wednesday 27 April until Wednesday 13 July from 1pm till 3pm at the stadium.
Targeting over 60 year olds, the free twelve week programme will offer the opportunity to take part in light physical activities such as football, table tennis, circuit training and badminton.
The programme also includes workshops on healthy living and well-being, examples been emergency lifesaving skills, importance of exercise and diet and nutrition.
All sessions will be held at Macron Stadium in order to engage with supporters of the club and allow for easy access.
The aim of the sessions is to improve general wellbeing, alongside the opportunity to be more active, meet other people, learn how and to lead active lifestyles and how to take a holistic approach to fitness and life.
All sessions will be held at Macron Stadium in order to engage with supporters of the club and allow for easy access.
