Midfielder wins award after impressing during the month
Josh Vela has been chosen as Bolton Wanderers' KIA Player of the Month for November 2016 by the Club's supporters.Impressing in a new advanced position behind the striker, the 22-year-old's hardworking performances caught the eye during the month as the Whites continued to challenge at the top end of the Sky Bet League One table.
The highlight of Vela's month came against Millwall as he scored an outstanding 25-yard volley to help Bolton run out 2-0 winners.
Supporters voted for the award on Facebook, with the midfielder clinching an emphatic victory ahead of goalkeeper Ben Alnwick, with October's winner Zach Clough rounding off the top three.
Meanwhile, fan Lucy Weir has won hospitality in the Platinum Suite for a game of her choice by voting, where she'll present Vela with his accolade at an upcoming home game.
