Details of upcoming weekend rail closures at Horwich Parkway
Bolton Wanderers supporters are advised that upcoming rail closures at Horwich Parkway could impact their travel plans for the Whites' upcoming games against Preston North End and Sheffield United.
The Trotters host the Lilywhites in their final pre-season fixture on Saturday 30 July, before welcoming the Blades to Macron Stadium in their Sky Bet League One opener on Saturday 6 August, with supporters planning on making the journey by train likely to affected by the closures.
There will be no rail travel from Horwich Parkway on either of these dates, with rail replacement buses instead in place running to and from both Bolton and Chorley train stations.
Supporters are advised to plan their journeys in advance, leaving plenty of time, to best navigate the closures.
