Held at the club's Lostock training base, the initiative has seen Firwood High School students receive six weeks of football coaching from the Trust’s football coaches.
The sessions look to inspire the students to take part in more football and increase the participation levels in disability football.
Additionally, the Community Trust runs weekly coaching sessions for those with disabilities, catering for all ages. The Every Player Counts is funded by the Wembley National Stadium Trust and administered by the English Football League Trust.
And in line with their efforts, Clayton and Long surprised the youngsters by joining in with their drills and a small sided game before signing autographs, much to the delight of the teens.
