Forward joins Whites from Burnley on deal until the end of the season
Bolton Wanderers have completed the loan signing of striker Chris Long.
The 21-year-old links up with Phil Parkinson’s side until the end of the season from Premier League Burnley, after spending the first half of the 2016/17 campaign with Fleetwood Town.
Having started his career with hometown side Everton, the former England youth international scored on his professional debut, aged just 18, while on loan with MK Dons in January 2014.
The forward was handed his Toffees debut following his return to Goodison Park, and later enjoyed a successful half-season stint with Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship.
Long signed for Burnley at the start of last season and was a member of the Clarets side that won promotion to the Premier League after lifting the Championship title.
Speaking to bwfc.co.uk following confirmation of his latest signing, Wanderers manager Parkinson said: “I am really pleased with the addition of Chris. He's a good young player and will add real pace to the team."
Super 7 season tickets are now on sale which allow Bolton Wanderers fans to watch our final seven home games of the Sky Bet League One campaign from as little as £13.57 per match for adults and £4.29 per match for under-18s!
And with a run-in against the likes of Rochdale, Bristol Rovers, AFC Wimbledon, Northampton Town, Chesterfield, Bury and Peterborough United, Wanderers will be looking to pick up as many points as possible to help them in their bid for promotion.
