Bolton Wanderers are pleased to confirm that Jake Turner and Connor Hall have signed their first professional contracts with the club while Jeff King has agreed an extension to his current deal.
Turner has agreed a deal that will keep him at BL6 until the summer of 2019, while Hall and King have both signed year-long contracts.
Having progressed through the youth ranks at Macron Stadium, Turner enjoyed a memorable 2016/17 campaign with the Whites as he was promoted to the first team and served as cover to Mark Howard and Ben Alnwick.
Also earning international recognition with England Under-18s, the goalkeeper’s performances saw him rewarded as he was named the club’s Young Player of the Year.
Previously on the books of Sheffield United, Hall joins the Whites permanently after the 19-year-old striker impressed on trial last season.
Meanwhile, King caught the eye for David Lee’s Under-23s side last season after joining the club from non-league Droylsden.
Elsewhere, the club can confirm that Harry Brockbank, Jack Earing, Cole Lonsdale and Ryan White have all been extended for a third year of their scholarship.
Having already announced the departures of Will Jaaskelainen and Callum Spooner, the club can also confirm the release of the following Academy players and young professionals;
- Anas Abdo
- Jack Everest
- Jordan Grant
- Tom Grivosti
- Alex Honeyball
- Sam Lavelle
- Matthew Marsh
- George Newell
- Ronaldo Pearson
- Hyuga Tanner
Bolton Wanderers Football Club would like to wish them well for the future.
