Academy prospect Alex Perry has been awarded his first professional contract by Bolton Wanderers manager Phil Parkinson.
The 19 year-old midfielder, who hails from Liverpool, has been with Bolton Wanderers Academy since the age of 10 and made his first team debut last term when he completed 90 minutes in the Checkatrade Trophy match against Everton under 23s.
He followed this up with another appearance in the Emirates FA Cup First Round victory against Grimsby Town in November and was a member of David Lee's under 23s side throughout the course of the campaign.
Meanwhile, full-back Callum Spooner won't be offered professional terms and will be free to look elsewhere for opportunities.
