Defender Mark Little was the guest of honour at Show Racism The Red Card's annual event at Macron Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.
Supported by staff from the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust, members of SRTRC team played host with three different schools taking part in the day-long event in the Lion of Vienna Suite.
In an attempt to reduce prejudice within football, several workshops took place as well as a stadium tour for all participants.
The workshops meanwhile involved tackling the different types of hate crime and challenging young people’s understanding of racism.
And in line with the youngsters' learning, Little and Community Ambassador Tony Kelly were part of the SRTRC panel and sat through a Q&A with the schools relating to previous experiences of hate crime, while the pair then signed posters and posed for pictures with the pupils.
