Bolton Wanderers are pleased to announce that Harry Brockbank, Liam Edwards, Joe Muscatt and Dennis Politic have signed their first professional contracts with the club.
All four players were regulars for David Lee’s Under-23s side that won the Professional Development League national title last season.
Having progressed through the Whites’ youth academy, 19-year-old defender Brockbank was an unused substitute for Bolton’s Carabao Cup clashes with Crewe Alexandra and West Ham United while he also scored a brace in the Trotters’ pre-season friendly with Chorley last year.
Under-23s captain Edwards signed for Wanderers last season after leaving Stoke City, with the 21-year-old centre-back previously representing the Potters in the Checkatrade Trophy.
Muscatt meanwhile is a 20-year-old left back who joined the Whites last season after coming through the youth ranks at Tottenham Hotspur.
Finally, winger Politic has impressed in recent years, with the 18-year-old Romania youth international having scored in the Under-23s' Professional Development League Play-Off Final victory over Nottingham Forest back in May.
