Details for Bolton Wanderers Under-23s' Play-off Final against Nottingham Forest have now been confirmed.
Following the Whites' victory over their Charlton counterparts on Tuesday evening, David Lee's side will now travel to Nottingham this coming Friday evening, May 4, for the regional final.
The game will kick off at 7pm at The City Ground, Pavilion Road, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ.
