Manager: Nigel Clough

Clough spent the majority of his playing career at Nottingham Forest, playing under his father Brian predominantly and becoming the second highest all-time goalscorer for Forest with 131 goals.

After notable short stints with Liverpool and Manchester City, Clough joined as player-manager of Burton Albion in October 1998, when the Brewers as they sat in the Southern Football League Premier Division.

The former England international took Burton up to the seventh tier of the English football ladder on the cusp of promotion to League Two, before leaving to take up the managerial role at Derby County.

Following his spell at the Rams, Clough joined Sheffield United and managed to take the Blades out of the relegation zone and to the semi-finals of both the League and F.A. Cup.

The 2014 LMA FA Cup Manager of the Year would leave Bramall Lane in May 2015, before returning to Burton Albion in December of that year, following on from Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

In that 2015/16 season, Clough guided the Staffordshire club to promotion, as they finished runners-up in League One.

Car Parking: Car parking is available at the Pirelli Stadium for 400 vehicles for £5. Supporters can also park in the Ryknild Industrial Estate for £5.

Access to the site is from the Derby Road Island by taking the first exit and this is signposted on match days.

Please note - parking cannot be pre-booked and cash is collected on the day. Sat-Nav postcode for the Pirelli Stadium is DE13 0AR.

By Car: The Pirelli Stadium is located just off the A38. Exit the A38 at Clay Mills and follow Derby Road until you reach the second island.

Take a right turn at the island and then right again into the car park.

By Train: Burton Railway Station is situated half a mile west of the Town Centre - past the breweries on Station Street - on Borough Road.

The station is a 30-minute walk to the Pirelli Stadium.

Coach Parking: Coach drivers will be met by a Burton Albion steward and given directions to the Claymills Pumping Station, Meadow Lane, Stretton, Burton upon Trent DE13 0DA.

A map is provided for the driver. Coach drivers are asked to return 15-20 minutes prior to the end of the game for the pickup and to park past the rear entrance of the club facing the direction of the A38 (Clay Mills).

There is a fee of £10 per coach and all the proceeds go to the Claymills Victorian Pumping Station which is a registered charity.

Head to Head: Wanderers and Burton Albion have met just three times competitively, with the first meeting taking place in just 2015.

In the Whites' last game against the Brewers, they suffered a 2-0 defeat as Hope Akpan and Lucas Akins on the scoresheet.
