Marcus Maddison will not serve a three-match ban after an Independent Regulatory Commission removed the suspension following a successful claim of wrongful dismissal.
The winger, who joined Wanderers on-loan from Charlton Athletic last month, was shown a straight red card during the club’s recent 1-1 draw against Morecambe at the University of Bolton Stadium.
The 27 year-old will now come into contention for Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two home game against Stevenage.
