Wanderers will play host to Norwich City’s Under-23s and Under-18s sides in a doubleheader of fixtures at the Eddie Davies Academy on Saturday 31 July.
With two games taking place on the same day, the first fixture against City’s Under-18s kicks off at 10.30am with the second of the two fixtures, against City’s Under-23s, getting underway from 12pm.
Both of the Wanderers teams that take to the field against the Canaries will comprise of players from the club’s academy. The two fixtures are to be held behind closed doors, with supporters not permitted to attend.
Ian Evatt’s first team take on Sky Bet Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers in a pre-season friendly at the University of Bolton Stadium on the same day, with the fixture kicking off at 3pm.
Admission details for the game against Blackburn will be announced in due course.
