Comley Ends Wanderers Stay

Bolton Wanderers can confirm that midfielder Brandon Comley has ended his stay with the club.

The remainder of Comley’s contract – which was due to expire in June, 2022 – has been cancelled by mutual consent.

The move will allow the 25-year-old to sign for a new club as a free agent in January or sooner at any level below the EFL.

Comley made 15 appearances for Wanderers – including 10 in last season’s promotion success – after signing in July, 2020 following his departure from Colchester United.

However, the former Queens Park Rangers' youngster had featured only once this season in a Papa John’s EFL Trophy group game after being omitted from the Wanderers’ squad registered for League fixtures.

Wanderers would like to thank Brandon for his contribution during his time at the University of Bolton Stadium and wish him well in his future career.
