Wanderers will find out their opening opponents in the Carabao Cup and Papa John’s Trophy next week.
The draws for round one of the Carabao Cup and the Papa John’s Trophy Group Stage will follow the release of the EFL and Sky Bet League One fixtures on Thursday, 23 June.
The league fixtures will be announced at 9am followed by the cup draws later in the day.
The Papa John’s Trophy Group Stage draw will take place live on Sky Sports News at 11.30am.
The 16 invited U21 teams will be drawn into their respective Northern and Southern section Groups, with the 48 EFL Clubs already placed into pre-determined groups prior to the draw.
All EFL Clubs will play two of their three matches at home in the group stages, with the opening ties to take place week commencing 29 August.
The Carabao Cup round-one draw will also take place live on Sky Sports News at 2.30pm.
Burnley, Watford and the Premier League clubs that are not competing in Europe will join the competition in round two.
Holders Liverpool will join in round three along with the other Premier League teams competing in Europe next season.
Carabao Cup round-one fixtures will take place week commencing 8 August.
