Bolton Wanderers would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Home Bargains, as the club’s front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with the Liverpool-based firm comes to a close this summer.
The partnership with Home Bargains commenced part way through the 2019/20 season.
Leveraged through club director Michael James’ close links with the Home Bargains team, the deal brought crucial financial support to Bolton Wanderers during a particularly challenging time for the club.
Michael James said: “It will not be forgotten that Home Bargains chose to extend the hand of friendship to Bolton Wanderers during a difficult period for the club.
“It is impossible to stress how important their support proved to be and the difference it made in ensuring we came out the other side of such an incredibly difficult chapter in our history.
“The Board, staff and, I’m sure every member of the Wanderers family, would like to say a huge thank-you to this special company and wish them the very best of luck for the future.”
With the sponsorship deal with Home Bargains ending, the club will be announcing its new principal partner in due course.
