Papa Johns Final Ticket Information

Wanderers are pleased to confirm ticket information for supporters for the Papa Johns Trophy Final against Plymouth Argyle at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 2 April (KO 3pm).

Wanderers will be allocated 38,834 tickets for the East End of Wembley Stadium. Tickets will be sold from the North Stand round to the South Stand as instructed by Wembley Stadium.

To ensure a speedy ticket buying process, supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.

All tickets must be purchased online at www.eticketing.co.uk/bwfc

Ticketmaster, however, have also kindly provided a designated line for phone sales if a supporter does not have access to the internet. Supporters can call 0844 453 9940 between the hours of 9.00am until 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays to purchase tickets. Calls cost 60p per minute plus your standard network charge if you call from a mobile.

We strongly recommend supporters buy their tickets online.

Please note, tickets will not be available in person at the University of Bolton Stadium Ticket Office, or via the usual Ticket Office telephone number.

Print at Home & Digital tickets will only be available for the final.

Phase One

2022/23 Season Ticket Holders

Phase Two

Please note, if season ticket holders or club members buy a ticket in phase one or two and then purchase additional tickets in phase three, the seats WILL NOT be located together.

Tickets will remain on sale for Print at Home/Digital delivery until 31 March at 9am.

Ticket Prices

Starting from £20 for adults and £10 for juniors, tickets are priced as follows:

Cat 1 - £60 Adults, £45 Young Adult, £30 Conc, Juniors £10

Cat 2 - £48 Adults, £36 Young Adult, £24 Conc, Juniors £10

Cat 3 - £42 Adults, £31.50 Young Adult, £21 Conc, Juniors £10

Cat 4 - £36 Adults, £27 Young Adult, £18 Conc, Juniors £10

Cat 5 - £28 Adults, £21 Young Adult, £14 Conc, Juniors £10

Cat 6 - £20 Adults, £15 Young Adult, £10 Conc, Juniors £10

Please note, concessions are Over 65s, Young Adult (17-21)

£10 tickets are available for all Juniors aged 16 years and under.

All children aged 13 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Print at Home tickets will only be available for the final. Please note, tickets will not be issued at the time of purchase and will be distributed a minimum of five days before the fixture.

Supporters are advised that all tickets will be subject to a £2.50 per ticket booking fee and a £1.25 per transaction delivery fee.

Best Way To Book

Due to anticipated demand the Club recommends booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking for supporters.

Disabled Tickets

There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. 

If you require access to these tickets, please email wembley@bwfc.co.uk  with details of your client reference number and your contact telephone number. A member of Bolton Wanderers Ticket Office team will be in touch to discuss your booking.

Disability tickets are sold under the same priority periods of phases one to three. EFL regulations and Bolton Wanderers FC terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties, which are positioned in Level 1, rows 30/31.

Official Coach Travel

Official Coach Travel is available priced at £52 for the return journey. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price of your travel. Coach seats must be booked online at www.eticketing.co.uk/bwfc

Important Information

Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1,000 seats (Blocks 105 to 108 in the East Side) as a Family Area for Bolton Wanderers supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than 2 adult for 1 child, at a maximum of 4 children for every adult ticket.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of blocks 110 - 113, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.

Singing Area – Bolton Wanderers recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 110 to Block 113.

Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.

Delivery Fees - £1.50 per transaction for Print at Home ticket delivery.

13 Years and Under – All children aged 13 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access into the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd Flags & Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take large flags* or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/tickets/new to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags.

*Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium should the following guidelines be followed:

The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point.

The flag does not have an attached flagpole.

In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.

There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag.

The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Travel – Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination with limited on-site parking. The stadium is well served by national and local rail networks.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Blue badge parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Hospitality – There are a number of packages available to purchase for hospitality at Wembley Stadium. These packages comprise a premium match ticket, three course plated menu, inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match and at half time, a cash bar for one hour post-match and a match day programme. No Resale of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
