Season Ticket Holder Update

We will soon be launching our 2023/24 season ticket campaign for renewals and new season ticket holders.

To ensure all 2022/23 season ticket holder information is up to date, we are asking all current season ticket holders who need to update or amend the details registered on their season ticket cards to please email any changes to the Ticket Office at by close of business on Friday 27th January.

For example, some season ticket holders will hold multiple season tickets for family members. These cards may all be registered in one name. We want to ensure each individual season ticket holder has their own name and client reference number on their season ticket.

The only exception to this is those supporters with disabilities that have an assistant/carer season ticket. No name changes are necessary for those in possession of an assistant/carer season card.

This will help existing season ticket holders with their renewal process and allow season ticket holders future access to purchase online for away and for cup fixtures.

In the email, please confirm the following information regarding the season ticket card or cards you would like to make amends to:

  • Existing name and addresses on the 2022/23 season card or cards and the new name and addresses
  • The client reference number given on your current season card or cards
  • Current seat details (seat number and the stand your seat or seats are located)
  • Contact information including a valid email address that you would like to be updated against the seats

New season cards will be posted out once the changes have been made to ensure no disruption to entry at the turnstiles.

If you have no updates to make to the details registered against your season ticket card, you do not need to email the Ticket Office.
