Wembley Final: Official Coach Information

Ahead of Wanderers’ upcoming visit to Wembley Stadium for the final of the Papa Johns Trophy, we would like to communicate the plans for supporters travelling via the club’s official coaches from the University of Bolton Stadium on Sunday 2nd April.

We have 72 coaches departing the stadium on the morning of the fixture, so we encourage supporters to arrive in good time.

Departure Information

Coaches will now commence departure from Car Park E at the University of Bolton Stadium (North Stand End of the Stadium) from 5.00am on Sunday 2nd April.

It is anticipated that the final coach will leave at approximately 7.00am.

Supporters MUST make a note of their coach number when boarding, which will be clearly signed and ensure they return on the same numbered coach.

To assist in a speedy and efficient departure, supporters are asked to kindly have their coach tickets ready to show when boarding.

Please note the consumption of alcohol on the coaches is strictly forbidden. It is a criminal offence to take alcohol onto coaches that are travelling to sporting events as per The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol) Act 1985.

Parking at the University of Bolton Stadium

Supporters travelling on the official coaches can park free of charge on Car Park B and Car Park C (North Stand end of the stadium). On arrival, supporters are asked to join the queue to board in the zoned off area of Car Park B.

Supporters who are planning to park at the stadium should arrive no later than 6.30am.

Please note any supporters using Car Park A (Bolton Stadium Hotel car park) will need to pay as normal so we are encouraging all supporters to utilise car parks B and C for FREE.

Fan Zone

The Wanderers Fan Zone will be open from 5.00am – 7.00am on the morning of departure, serving hot drinks and sandwiches for travelling supporters. If supporters are travelling in groups, we please ask that you utilise the Fan Zone as a meet point on the morning of departure to Wembley.

There will also be a last-minute opportunity for supporters to grab official Wembley merchandise in the Fan Zone ahead of departure including the official Papa Johns Trophy Final programme. We will have 150 copies for £10 each, available on a first come, first served basis.
