Annual Service of Remembrance 2025

remembrance

Bolton Wanderers’ Annual Service of Remembrance will take place at the Toughsheet Community Stadium at 6:30pm on Monday 12th May.

Led by Club Chaplain and Chief Operations Officer Phil Mason, the service will commence pitch side where a wreath will be laid before continuing in the 1877 Suite.

During the service in the Suite, the names of loved ones that have been inscribed in the Memorial Book or engraved on a Memorial Stone during the previous 12 months, will be read out.

Loved ones lost from previous years will also be displayed on a big screen inside during the service, with attendees then invited to come forward and light candles in memory of their loved ones.

Light refreshments will be served following the service, before conclusion of the evening.

This service is always a poignant evening, emphasising the power in the Bolton family coming together for the service to remember and support those we have lost during this period.

Entry to the event is free, with no tickets required. Stewards will be on hand to help direct attendees of the event on arrival at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, with guests entering pitch side before the service commences on Monday evening.
