Bolton Wanderers can confirm that Carlos Mendes Gomes has joined Exeter City on a season-long loan deal.
Mendes Gomes arrived at Wanderers from Luton Town in the summer of 2023, but has seen appearances during his time at the club restricted due to injury - notably rupturing his achilles away to Wigan Athletic in February of last year that ruled him out for a number of months.
The forward will now link up with the Grecians for the 2025/26 campaign under manager Gary Caldwell.
